Local startup, Laronix has taken out the top gong at a recent Hudson Valley Venture Hub showcase event in New York.

Queensland-based Laronix, a winner of our Bionics Challenge in 2021, is led by Dr Farzaneh Ahmadi and is the pioneering company behind a world-first natural-sounding artificial voice box for larynx amputees.

In a statement via LinkedIn, Laronix said: “This recognition is a testament to our unique position at the forefront of smart and non-invasive voice loss solutions.”
